Why you’d want it: A vehicle should be boring. This is the boring one, at a price that does not hurt when you throw out last week's batch, which is the point of mixing small.
Picking tip: Read the ingredient list, not the front: it should be short and free of vitamin C, retinol, niacinamide at high strength, and AHAs or BHAs, which do not sit well with peptides.
