Vial Adapter Spikes

Vial adapters are plastic spikes that seat on a vial's stopper once and leave a needle-free screw-on port, so the stopper is pierced once, not every draw. These fit 13 mm stoppers; a 20 mm stopper needs a 20 mm adapter.
