Why you’d want it: A bin means one trip to the fridge, nothing rolling behind the milk, and a lid between your vials and whatever else is in there.

Picking tip: Measure the shelf before you buy — the useful ones are about 25–30 cm (10–12 in) deep and no taller than the gap. A handle matters more than a lid: you'll pull it out every day and rarely need it sealed.
