NIIMBOT M2 Label Printer

A phone-app label printer that prints with a ribbon (thermal transfer) at 300 dpi, so the print doesn't fade the way cheap sticker printers do. Takes small labels sized for 3 mL vials.

  • Thermal transfer (ribbon) — no fading
  • 300 dpi
  • Labels from 20 mm wide
  • Bluetooth, phone app

Why you’d want it: The modern answer to vial labels: design on your phone, print a crisp date-and-name sticker that survives the fridge. Several of its own listings are aimed at exactly this job.

Picking tip: Make sure the listing says M2 and thermal transfer — NIIMBOT's D-series and B-series are the cheaper direct-thermal printers whose labels fade and lift in a fridge. The M2 needs its own ribbon plus label rolls, so budget for one spare of each; the small 30 × 15 mm or 40 × 20 mm labels are the ones that fit a vial.
