Digital pH Meter

A pen-sized meter that reads pH to two decimals when its tip is dipped in a liquid. The precise upgrade on colour strips.

  • 0.01 pH steps
  • Pocket size
  • Comes with calibration powder

Why you’d want it: Strips give you a colour and a guess. A meter gives you a number, which is the only way to actually compare two readings.

Picking tip: Cheap meters drift, so the calibration sachets are not optional — calibrate before anything that matters, and rinse the tip with plain water after each use. Keep the cap on with a drop of water inside it; a probe that dries out is a probe that reads wrong.
