Single-serve sachets of sodium, potassium and magnesium that turn a glass of water into a salty-sweet drink. LMNT is the well-known one; no sugar.

What it’s for
The thing people reach for when they are drinking plenty of water and still feel flat. A sachet in the bottle is the easiest habit on this page.
What to check in the listing
Read the sodium number on the box: the 'salty' brands like LMNT carry about 1,000 mg a sachet, the lighter ones a tenth of that, and they are for different people. Start with a variety pack rather than 30 of one flavour. If you have been told to watch your salt, this is one to ask about first.
Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.
