  • WHO-ratio salts + glucose

What it’s for

Different from a sports electrolyte: the sugar is there on purpose so the salts absorb faster. The sachet for a genuinely rough day.

What to check in the listing

Mix it with exactly the water on the packet; stronger is not better, it works the other way. Sip over an hour rather than downing it. If you cannot keep fluids down for a day, that is a doctor question, not a sachet question. Keep two sachets in the travel bag.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.

At a glance

TypeSupplement
FormSachetsForm is how it arrives: something to swallow, something to stir into a drink, something to eat, or the kit that goes with them rather than a supplement itself.
PriceMid-rangePrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.
TravelCarry-on friendlyTravel says whether it is practical to fly with: carry-on means it goes through security without fuss.
