Daily Multivitamin

One tablet covering the standard vitamins and minerals. Centrum outside North America, One A Day inside it — the pharmacy-shelf brands, not the boutique ones.

What it’s for

The boring backstop for anyone whose meals have got smaller or less varied. Nothing clever; that is the appeal.

What to check in the listing

A plain Centrum or One A Day does the job; the premium 'complete' ones mostly add iron and herbs that many people don't need. If you already use vitamin D or magnesium separately, check the multivitamin does not repeat them.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.

FormTabletsForm is how it arrives: something to swallow, something to stir into a drink, something to eat, or the kit that goes with them rather than a supplement itself.
PriceBudgetPrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.
