What it’s for

Savoury protein for people who cannot face another sweet shake. A mug of it counts as a meal on a rough day.

What to check in the listing

The unflavoured tubs are the useful ones: a scoop in hot water with a pinch of salt is a cup of soup, and it hides in stews and mashed potato. It is mostly collagen protein, so keep the whey or plant tub for the full amino set.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.

PriceMid-rangePrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.
