What it’s for

The mineral that is hard to top up with food when you are eating less, and the one missing from most cheap electrolyte mixes.

What to check in the listing

Potassium is the one electrolyte worth a pharmacist conversation first, especially alongside a blood-pressure tablet, a water tablet or any kidney history. 99 mg is the ceiling regulators allow over the counter, which is why every bottle carries the same number and only the count differs. Not sold in this form in Australia; the electrolyte tablets cover it there.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.
