Vitamin B6 (P-5-P)

Vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, 25–50 mg capsules. The plain form is pyridoxine.

  • P-5-P active form
  • 25–50 mg
  • 90–240 capsules

Why you’d want it: The single B vitamin people buy on its own, usually alongside magnesium or ginger.

Picking tip: B6 is one of the few vitamins you can genuinely overdo: stay under 100 mg a day unless someone has told you otherwise, and if you also take a B complex, count that in. The P-5-P form is fine at 25–50 mg.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.
